Valeria Cogliati

I graduated in Law in 2002 at the University of Milan with a specialization in “Corporate Lawyer”.

I have experience in financial governance activities and processes, budgeting, forecasting and contracting, supporting little and medium-sized companies in corporate governance strategies, coordinating processes and resources in the administration, finance and control fields and in strategic choices, supporting any extraordinary transactions through the search for funding.

I am a partner of a consulting company in the healthcare branch and I followed the implementation of projects through the involvement of pharmaceutical companies and stakeholders in the health system, ensuring the achievement of the agreed objectives.

I support Diego Fulco, Partner of the Law Firm, in all activities related to administration, organization and management control.
