I am an attorney admitted to the Bar Association of Pavia.

I hold a PhD in Private Law, with a curriculum in Intellectual Property and Competition Law, from the University of Pavia, where I had previously earned my Master’s Degree in Law with top marks (110/110 cum laude). I also gained research experience as a research fellow at the University of Turin within a project focused on the use of big data in the banking sector, with particular attention to the developments introduced by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

My practice focuses on providing legal advice to organizations operating across various sectors, with particular attention to compliance matters relating to data protection, artificial intelligence, digital innovation and cybersecurity. I have gained several years of experience as a consultant and corporate trainer in these fields, including serving as a Data Protection Officer or as a member of Data Protection Officer teams.

I have served and continue to serve as a member of scientific committees, and I have carried out and continue to carry out teaching activities in the fields of intellectual property, artificial intelligence and data protection. I currently serve as Subject Matter Expert in Regulation and Ethics for the Big Data Society at IULM University.

I am the author of several contributions published in academic legal and scientific journals, as well as in online news outlets specializing in digital matters and personal data protection.

I have obtained certification as an Internal Auditor for Information Security Management Systems under UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 27001:2022.
