Fabiana Gangemi
Lawyer
I am a Lawyer with the Bar of Naples since 2006.
I mainly deal with business consultancy, in particular with regard to data protection, supporting bodies and companies in all phases of compliance with the legislation, including internal training.
I have developed an interest in such subjects since my university studies. I graduated in 2003 at the Law Faculty of Federico II University in Naples, with an experimental thesis in “Protection of privacy. Journalistic treatment of sensitive data”. After a period spent in the United States, I joined a firm specializing in business consultancy, working between Naples and Rome.
I collaborate with the chair of Private Law, Mediation Law and Computer Law at the Parthenope University in Naples. In 2013 I obtained a PhD in “Public and Private in Business Law” with a thesis on “Business networks and Outsourcing”. Among my publications: “Reports to the Central Risk and Privacy: liability profiles of the Bank of Italy”, Italian Law, UTET, 2009; “The double mandate of the travel agent”, Tourism Law, FrancoAngeli, 2011. I have also participated in several research projects and seminars as a teacher and I collaborate with scientific and specialized journals.
