Giovanna Michienzi

I am a qualified lawyer.

I have dealt with cases relating to civil, administrative and health law, with specific reference to the medical liability of healthcare facilities. My passion for health law led me to attend an Advanced education course.

In 2019, I obtained a master’s degree in corporate law, during which I had the opportunity to deepen my knowledge of typical corporate business topics.

I gained experience within an international banking group where I was in charge of personal data protection.

I was a speaker in an international programme for the Elsa Webinar Academy concerning the impact of artificial intelligence on medical liability.
