I am a Lawyer with the Bar of Milan, where I live and work.

I am the Scientific Director of the Italian Privacy Institute, an independent study centre committed to promoting the evolution and simplification of the privacy legislation; I am also a member of the Scientific Committee of ANORC Professions and founding member of Officine Dati.

I am an expert in technology law. I assist companies in the field of personal data protection, data law, artificial intelligence, IT contracts, communication and distribution, protection of intellectual and industrial property in the digital environment. I also am Data Protection Officer for companies, public bodies and non-profit organizations.

I follow projects on corporate criminal liability (Legislative Decree 231/2001).

I am a professor in Business Law and Digital Communication and in Law and Ethics for the Big Data Society at IULM University in Milan. I also participate as a lecturer in specific modules of the Master on Social Media Marketing & Web Communication, at the same University.

I am a regular speaker in seminars and conferences, promoted by specialized companies and trade associations. I am a partner of Forma Futura, a company leader in training in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector.

I speak at seminars and conferences promoted by specialized companies and trade associations. I am involved as a legal expert with Assolombarda, ÉCOLE (Lombardy Industrialists’ Educational Institutions), and with the Lombardy Life Sciences Cluster.
