Maria Corrado

I am a Lawyer since 1998, and I have carried out my professional activity in Milan, mainly in an international law firm.

My activity has focused from the beginning on the protection of well-known brands, commercial contracts and consultancy for multinational companies, also in the field of private international law, competition law and consumer law. Furthermore, I also have experience in corporate activities (resolutions of corporate bodies, mergers and the creation of new companies) within an important multinational company in the fashion sector.

I also carried out various collaboration and coordination activities between European law firms in the context of alliances between law firms or consultancy for clients with cross-cutting interests in various European states.

I have also dealt with personal data protection since its debut in European and Italian legislation, applying it to various commercial realities and then collaborating in the drafting of an online consultation text on the principles of data processing on the internet. More recently I mainly deal with contracts on data processing and assistance in the DPO function.

I am fellow assistant in Business Law and digital communication at the Communication Faculty of the IULM University of Milan.

I usually work in English and French.
