Vincenzo Tomasello

I specialize in corporate law, business contractual law, data protection and consultancy on digital transformation processes for public and private organizations.

In consideration of the growing impact that new technologies have acquired on corporate economic profiles and on individuals’ rights, I have developed a deep expertise on technical and regulatory aspects of Big Data Analytics, AI, Blockchain and IoT.

I acted as Data Protection Officer for groups of enterprises (also listed on the stock exchange market) and public owned companies.

In 2018, I published the book “Personal data in the era of the digital revolution” with the contribution of Nino Lo Bianco, distributed by HOEPLI.

In 2021, I achieved an Executive Master’s in Business Innovation Design at Bologna Business School, during which I have deepened Design Thinking techniques and strategies as a tool to facilitate sustainable innovation processes.

I am advisor in urban and social regeneration projects for the promotion of citizens’ digital culture to reduce social inequalities, create inclusive communities and stimulate local energies to design and create innovative services and products.
